Refund / Cancellation Policy
This policy explains subscription cancellation and refund handling.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated or account-credit review depending on onboarding status and agreement terms.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise refunds, cancellations and service credits are governed by the signed order form or master service agreement.
Demo and Free Access
Free or demo access does not create a refund obligation.
